  3. Shipping: Package the item securely and include the RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 1 month for the refund to process after we have received the returned product.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
